Rush Henrietta Soccer Spirit Wear Sale (Order form pdf)

The Rush Henrietta Travel Soccer Club will be selling Tee-shirts and Hoodies for the 2008 season! The profits made will go back into the club to:

1. Maintain the low cost of travel soccer compared to other towns

2. Increase training offerings of the club

3. Improve the quality of club operations such as the Martin Road Park

Concession Stand

Instructions:

*Sale runs from April 1-April 25, 2008

*Complete Order from with 1st and last name, team name and telephone #

*Enclose cash or check payable to “Rush Henrietta Soccer Club” in a sealed

envelope

*Write your name and team name on the front of the envelope

*Return your order to team designee, coach or manager by April 25, 2008,

as they will mail in the orders

*Items will be ready for the start of the season and will be delivered to

your team for distribution

*Additional Order forms can be found on the website RHSoccer.org

2008 Uniforms:

Fittings and Orders for team uniforms will start on December 29, 2007 between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  and will continue until January 19, 2008 during store hours.

This year, players will be given the following:

Each player to receive

  • 1 Hunter Green Xara Jersey with stitched logo
  • 1 White Xara Jersey with stitched logo
  • 1 Pair of Hunter Green Short
  • 1 Pair of Hunter Green Socks
 

Coaches polo's will be given to those coaches and assistants new to the club this year.  All other coaches, assistants and managers can purchase their polo at their expense at the time of fitting.

Additional Items for purchase:

  • Warm-ups (Jacket and Pants) Youth $65 Adult $70
  • Backpack $38 with ball

If you would like to purchase any of the above items please contact Eurotech at 272-8940 or visit them at their new store on the first floor of the Sports Zone. Their store hours are as follows:  Mon, Tues, Thurs 4 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Sat. 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
