Motion to have RH Travel soccer have their own hotline # away from inhouse. Motion carried 6-0. Jennifer Sinsebox will cancel the double account

Discussion of the roles and responsibilities. J. Bugbee feels that the roles needs clarification for next season. Dave Tillapaugh will draft up expectations of the position.

Bylaw Review-Robbin Ciavaglia reviewed the proposed bylaw changes as approved by inhouse.

Sponsorship and equipment-Jeff Brocht

Jeff proposed an idea of obtaining sponsors for each team.

We could have different levels of sponsorships with would equate to a dollar amount. We would have the sponsors provide us with a banner of their company. The idea would be to hang the banners on the chain link fence along Martin Road Park. This idea would need to get approval for the town.

Equipment-There is a new striper and there is new paint in the shed at MRP.

Some teams received Goalie Jerseys

Field Conditions-Jeff would like to have the town look into possibly next season fertilizing the fields. It was decided that RHSC needs to have one liasion that calls the Town to discuss issues, concerns, or new initiatives. Robbin Ciavaglia has a relationship with the town as she serves on other town committees/boards. She will continue to serve as the town liason for the RHSC. She suggested that Kerry Backus also assist her in this endeavor. The Board agreed to this partnership.

Robbin will set up a meeting with Tim Oches to discuss fields and the use of Martin Road Park for future soccer seasons.

There is a RH Dicks Day scheduled where registered RH soccer players will receive a discount. See flyers.
